What the AI summary contains

Languages
Reeco transcribes English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Arabic and Hebrew, with automatic language detection. The summary and the follow-up message are written in the language the call was held in, matching its register.
Voicemail transcription
A call you miss goes to Reeco's smart voicemail. The message is transcribed and summarized like any other call, so the notification tells you what the caller wanted before you call back.
Privacy
Transcripts and recordings are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and visible only to you inside the app. They are deleted automatically on the retention schedule you choose. Reeco does not sell call data and does not use your calls to train AI models.

How accurate is the transcription?
Very good on clear phone audio, and better than a phone recording app because each side is recorded on its own channel. Names and technical terms are improved by the trade you set in Settings, and every task links to the moment in the recording so you can always check the original.
Do I need to press anything to transcribe a call?
No. Every call to your business number is recorded (with a notice to the caller), transcribed and summarized automatically. There is no button to press and no app to open during the call.
Can I search old calls?
Yes. Every call has a page with the recording, the transcript and the summary, and every customer has a page with the timeline of calls and open tasks, so you find what was said by name, date or topic.
