Terms of service
Last updated:
Draft. This page is being reviewed by counsel for your country and may change before launch. The Hebrew policies at reeco.app govern until then.
These terms are an agreement between you and Reeco about the service: a business number, call recording with a notice to the caller, transcription, AI summaries and the app. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Reeco provides a business phone number (or forwarding of your existing one), bridges calls to the mobile you verified, records calls after a notice to the caller, transcribes them and produces AI summaries, tasks and follow-up drafts in the app.
Reeco is not a mobile carrier and does not provide emergency calling. Calls reach you through your own carrier on your own mobile plan.
2. Your account and the mobile you use
- You must be at least 18 and use Reeco for business purposes.
- The mobile number calls are bridged to must be yours and must be a number in the country of your plan; Reeco verifies it and may refuse numbers it cannot bridge at a reasonable cost.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your login private.
3. Recording and notice
Every call through Reeco starts with a notice that the call is recorded, in the language of your region, and where the law requires an explicit consent the caller confirms with a key press. In regions that require the notice you cannot switch it off.
You are responsible for using recordings and transcripts lawfully: for your own business records, not for publishing, selling or sharing them beyond what the law in your country allows.
4. Fair use
- The included minutes are for ordinary business calls. Auto-dialers, call centres, resale and premium-rate or shared-cost destinations are not allowed.
- Reeco may suspend an account used for fraud, harassment, spam or anything unlawful, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. AI output
Summaries, tasks and follow-up drafts are produced by AI from the transcript and can be wrong or incomplete. Every task links to the moment in the recording so you can check. Do not rely on a summary alone for legal, medical or financial decisions.
6. Payment, trial and cancellation
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Freemius, our merchant of record. The free trial converts to a paid plan automatically unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel online from Settings at any time; the service runs until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
7. Availability and liability
Reeco depends on telephone carriers, cloud providers and AI providers and cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Reeco's liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and Reeco is not liable for indirect loss, including lost business from a missed or unrecorded call.
8. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. Reeco may end the agreement with 30 days notice, or immediately for a breach. After the account closes, recordings and transcripts are deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy, and the business number is released.
9. Changes and law
Reeco may update these terms and will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before a material change. The governing law and courts are stated in the version signed for your country.
