Questions about billing

What counts as a minute? Actual talk time on calls through your business number, inbound and outbound, rounded up to the next minute. Transcription and summaries are included in the price.

Can I switch plans? Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated automatically.

What is not included? Reeco is not a mobile carrier. Calls reach you on your existing mobile through your own carrier, and the business number from Reeco is included in the subscription. If you would rather keep your personal number as the business number, you need a second line (SIM or eSIM) from a carrier, bought separately.

What happens after the trial? Billing starts automatically at the end of the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. You can cancel online from Settings at any time.

Do callers hear that the call is recorded? Yes. Every call through Reeco starts with a short notice that the call is recorded, in the language of your region. That is what keeps you on the right side of the recording rules where you are.
