Why most call recorder apps stopped working
iOS does not let apps access the audio of a cellular call, so iPhone "call recorder" apps rely on merging a conference call with a recording line. Is call recording legal in Israel?
Yes. Under Israel's Wiretap Law, recording a conversation you take part in is not wiretapping, so no notice to the other party is required. If you prefer to notify callers, Reeco can play a "this call is recorded" announcement. Recordings are AES-256 encrypted and deleted automatically according to the retention period you choose.
